Cobreq, TMD Frictionbrand, a Nisshinbo group company, the world’s largest brake pad manufacturer, announces the launch of Dand brake shoes for several cars that Circulate in the country. The line has 35 items for application in more than 150 models of vehicles, attending the main automakers present in the national market.
The new models of Cobreq stand out for the traditional quality of brand products, which combine innovation and technology to provide maximum security to its users.
Among the models that are attended by the new shoes of Cobreq are Fiat Argo and Strada, Ford KA and F250, GM Montana and Onix, Peugeot Boxer, Toyota Hilux and Kia K2500.
The brake shoe is Paramount to the braking system and works in conjunction with the brake pads, being applied in the drum system and Tand m multiple functions. In addition to acting on the main brake, the shoe also has the secondary function, but not less important, to act as parking brake. But the importance of the shoe goes beyond, because it can also act as emergency brake, when there is partial or total loss of the front brake, since the parking action is mechanical, effected through an internal lever to the brake, which receives the action of Cables connected with the drive lever inside the vehicle.
