WARRANTY PROCESS
AGILE AND EFFECTIVE WARRANTY SERVICE!
TMD/COBREQ products are exclusively guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days in accordance with the provisions of Law 8078/90 article 26, Consumer Protection Code.
The warranty on COBREQ products is restricted to replacing the problem product with a new product.
HOW TO REQUEST THE WARRANTY
The guarantee must be requested at the establishment where the product was purchased.
All questions regarding warranty, such as reports, returns or refunds, are dealt with directly with the dealer.
The warranty is only valid upon presentation of the Product Purchase Invoice as long as it is within the period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of sale as established by the Consumer Protection Code.
THE FLOW TO BE FOLLOWED IS THE REVERSE FLOW OF YOUR DISTRIBUTION, EXAMPLE:

This flow will ensure that the parts are sent to the factory through the distributor, after technical analysis and issuance of a return acceptance report, carried out by TMD’s Technical Promoters or by TMD Quality.
TERMS FOR OBTAINING THE WARRANTY
Parts warranty rights only apply to manufacturing defects.
Characterize loss of warranty Parts that have any of the characteristics below:
(a) damage caused by an accident;
(b) defective and/or inadequate installation;
(c) reworks;
(d) application of inappropriate tools;
(e) inadequate storage;
(f) natural wear of the product.
In any other type of occurrence, the replacement of the product under warranty will be subject to the technical report of the part by TMD/Cobreq
