In addition to having the confidence of consumers and professionals in the automotive sector, most cars manufactured in Brazil leave the automakers with original Cobreq inserts
Cobreq, the brand of TMD Friction, a company of the Nisshinbo group, the largest brake pad manufacturer in the world, closes the first half of 2019 with the achievement of important awards, which recognize the brand’s investment in technology, quality, safety and attendance.
In June, the company received the Autop of Mind 2019 trophy, awarded by Editora Novo Meio. According to research conducted in nine major Brazilian capitals, Cobreq was singled out as the first brand to come to mind when talking about brake pads and brake linings. In total, 1,050 people, including automotive repairers and vehicle owners, were interviewed.
Another significant recognition occurred in May, with the conquest of the 10th Sindirepa-SP – Best of the Year Award. At the opportunity, Cobreq was elected the Best Brand of Brake Pads, according to research by CINAU – Automotive Intelligence Center among 335 entrepreneurs and repairers in the automotive sector. The brand received the award for the sixth consecutive year.
According to Edilson Jaquetto, president of TMD Friction do Brasil, the awards reaffirm the company’s commitment to investing constantly in innovation, offering products of quality and safety, as well as providing information to the professional in the automotive repair segment. “The achievements demonstrate that we are on the right track, with a well-positioned and consolidated brand,” he says.
Besides having consumer preference and being among the most remembered by professionals in the industry, the brand also has the confidence of the automakers, since most cars made in Brazil leave the factories with original Cobreq inserts. This all strengthens the reliability of the products, developed with high technology and produced with high quality, which guarantees a good functioning of the system of brakes and safety for the passengers.
